UP NEXT: BIZET’S CARMEN AT VALLEY OPERA PERFORMING ARTS

Fans will be dancing flamenco in the aisles as VOPA presents one of the most beloved operas of all time — Bizet’s Carmen. Directed by Dylan F. Thomas and conducted by Noreen Green, this fully-staged production ignites the stage with fierce storytelling, unforgettable music, and powerhouse performances.

Set in sun-drenched Seville and bursting with iconic melodies, Carmen tells the story of a free-spirited woman whose defiance and passion drive her to a tragic end. From the seductive Habanera to the thunderous Toreador Song, every moment pulses with intensity.

With the VOPA Orchestra and an electrifying cast, this is Carmen as you’ve never seen it before.
